In recent years, the development of various "Carp Care" products has come on in leaps and bounds.
Products such as Kryston`s Klinik have been available for some time, however there are alternatives such as Bonjela, and Orabase that can also help.
 Kryston`s Klinik - Available from all good tackle shops
 Bonjela - Available from your local chemists
 Orabase - Also available from your local chemists
- Slightly dry off the area where to apply the solution - this will help the solution to "stick" and not run off the fish.
- Apply a small amount to the area. Just a few drops is enough, there is no need to flood the area with the solution.
- Gently rub in the solution with your finger.
- Release the fish.
Damage from spawning, scales that have f allen off, and around the
mouth are common areas to check. Be careful with these solutions as
everything including the kitchen sink will be died a different colour
if you are not careful.
Bonjela, and Orabase can be used in the same manner.
It is our opinion that these products are essential for your
fishing, do not cost a lot, can be easily applied, and should be taken
with you on every trip.
