  • All of our goods are sent to the UK by first class delivery at no cost to yourself, i.e. for FREE.
  • Orders are sent out 6 days a week and are normally processed the same day as they are received.
  • We will inform you by email when your order has been sent and you should receive your order within a day or so (Royal Mail depending).
  • If however, you have not received your order after this time, please may we request that you wait for a period of 1 week from the date on sending. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us!
  • If you prefer to have your order sent to you by recorded delivery, this is also an option that you can choose in the checkout process.
  • All non UK orders are sent by air mail at a flat rate of 1.50 per item.
