All of our goods are sent to the UK by first class delivery at no cost to yourself, i.e. for FREE.
Orders are sent out 6 days a week and are normally processed the same day as they are received.
We will inform you by email when your order has been sent and you should receive your order within a day or so (Royal Mail depending).
If however, you have not received your order after this time, please may we request that you wait for a period of 1 week from the date on sending. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us!
If you prefer to have your order sent to you by recorded delivery, this is also an option that you can choose in the checkout process.
All non UK orders are sent by air mail at a flat rate of ’1.50 per item.

Returns
